Standard configurations range from individual pumps to tank mounted systems, to multi-pump expandable systems, all with engineered components, accessories and controls.

Available technologies include rotary vane, rotary claw, dry screw, rotary lobe and liquid ring designs.

Industrial Systems

Our industrial duty vacuum technologies include dry screw, rotary vane, rotary claw, liquid ring and rotary lobe designs. System related accessories including flush and purge packages, heat exchangers, drain systems, PLC controls, etc., are available to meet exact system requirements.

Process Systems

Busch designs and engineers custom single- and multi-stage systems for chemical and pharmaceutical processes and applications. Our chemical duty vacuum technologies include dry screw, once through seal rotary vane, liquid ring and rotary lobe designs. System related accessories including flush and purge packages, heat exchangers, drain systems, PLC controls, etc., are available to meet exact system requirements.

Combination Systems

Busch combination systems are the ideal solution for backing high vacuum pumps for load lock and coating applications in the solar and semiconductor markets. Available with a choice of a dry screw or a wet vane backing pump, each combination system utilizes our bypass booster technology that affords system operation from atmospheric pressure to end (or operating) pressure. With no cut in of the booster required, the result is enhanced evacuation performance and reduced pull down times due to higher flow across the vacuum region.

Liquid Ring Systems

Busch offers a wide range of standard liquid ring vacuum solutions including no recovery, partial recovery and full recovery systems. Standard systems are available in carbon steel or 316 SS construction.
